About the Role
As a B-grade quarry manager you are expected to apply in-depth knowledge to plan and implement safe and productive operations and procedures for the extraction of high quality humate. Southern Humates is a progressive company seeking to develop a highly productive team to meet demand for their range of both solid and liquid humate products. It is a full – time Monday to Friday role with an attractive salary and benefits.
About the Company
Southern Humates quarry is located at Waituna Lagoon Rd, Southland and extracts high quality organic certified humate product which is dried, screened and bagged on site for soil health and animal health. The product is then despatched either direct to the customer or to depots located nationwide.
About You
The successful candidate will:
• Hold a B Grade COC
• Digger operator skills
• Leadership skills to lead a small highly productive team
