The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) have announced a one month extension of the consultation period for feedback on options and proposals for amending the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016 (the mining regulations).
Submissions are now due 28 September 2018.
