We are looking for a new quarry operator.
Websters Hydrated Lime Co is a family owned and operated limestone quarry and processing plant based in Havelock North. We are committed to supplying a large range of products for both rural and industrial applications.
We are currently looking for an experienced quarry operator who has a passion for the extractive industry, someone who is able to maintain high levels of productivity and has the experience to hit the ground running.
While experience is necessary we offer onsite training so this position is going to suit someone who is looking to expand on their extractive industry experience with a well-established company.
Successful applicants will have:
- 2-5 years quarry experience
- Committed to Health and Safety best practises
- A or B grade quarry certification (nice to have)
- Willing to undergo and pass regular drug tests
- Prepared to be rostered on for weekend work
- Physically fit
- Practical thinking and a positive attitude
- WRT endorsed licence
- Proactive and positive attitude towards achieving results
- Proven track record of operating fixed plant and heavy vehicles
