The time of the 2015 Quarry NZ Conference is fast approaching – some important information below regarding this event.

Please be sure to read through this information carefully to be fully prepared for the conference.

Key Times

Wednesday 14th July
7.00am: Registration opens
12.00pm: Exhibition opens
3.00pm – 4.00pm: Afternoon Tea is served in the Exhibition Area
6.30pm: Pre-dinner drinks served in the Exhibition Area
7.00pm: Exhibition and registration closes
7.00pm: Gough Cat Opening Night Dinner commences.

Thursday 15th July
7.00am: Registration and exhibition opens
7.15am – 8.00am: Breakfast for delegates and exhibitors in the Exhibition Area
8.00am: Conference begins
10.00am – 10.30am: Morning Tea served in Exhibition Area
12.30pm – 1.00pm: Lunch served in the Exhibition Area
1.00pm – 5.00pm: Field trip. Exhibition and registration closes until 5pm
5.00pm – 7.00pm: Real Steel Happy Hour in the Exhibition area. Drinks and canapés served.

Friday 16th July
7.00am: Registration and exhibition opens
7.15am – 8.00am: Breakfast for delegates and exhibitors in the Exhibition Area
8.00am: Conference begins

12.45pm – 4.00pm: Porter Group Lunch at the Atrium, Wintec.

7.00pm: TransDiesel Awards Dinner commences. Dress Code – Black Tie.

Thursday 15th July – Field Trip
Dress Code – hard hat, steel toe cap boots, Hi Viz vest, long sleeve shirt, long pants, safety glasses. Hardhats will be provided. All other items will need to be provided by attendees.

Transport
On Wednesday 15 July, buses will depart at 12noon, and every half hour until 6.30pm, from Novotel and Ibis via the Sudima Hotel. Transport will travel a continuous circuit during this time allowing delegates to come and go as they please between their accommodation and mm
